Detailed Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination & Implementation
- Lead day-to-day project activities in alignment with the work plan
- Ensure timely delivery of child protection and livelihoods outcomes

- Monitor progress against the logical framework and donor requirements
2. Financial & Grant Management
- Oversee budget spending and financial reporting
- Conduct monthly financial reviews (re-phasing, re-alignment as needed)

3. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting
- Track project indicators and prepare donor reports
- Work closely with the M&E team to assess program impact
- Document success stories, challenges, and lessons learned
4. Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary liaison between Plan International, partners, and the donor
- Represent the project in coordination meetings and working groups
- Ensure community participation in program design and implementation
