Tasks and Key Responsibilities
The Digital Device Engineer will be responsible for multiple aspects of the digital device lifecycle management, with the following key responsibilities:
- Device Deployment and Configuration: Assist with the comprehensive deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of laptops, mobile devices, and remote connectivity tools across the organization. This includes supporting Windows Autopilot implementations and ensuring all devices meet corporate security and performance standards before distribution to end-users.
- Mobile Device Management: Support the Bank’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) infrastructure, including device enrolment, policy implementation, application deployment, and compliance monitoring across Intune, MECM, and JAMF platforms. - Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide third-line technical support for digital devices at headquarters, addressing both build and break-fix issues. - Application Management and Security: Contribute to corporate application deployment through MECM and Intune, following established guidelines and security protocols. - Documentation and Process Improvement: Participate in updating and maintaining technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and device standards documentation. Qualifications
Education and Certification
