  • Support the planning and coordination of virtual, hybrid, and in-person international events

  • Coordinate with speakers, partners, and internal team members across time zones

Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support collaboration with education partners, UN-aligned initiatives, NGOs, youth networks, and schools
  • Assist in maintaining partner contact lists and coordination records
  • Support follow-up communications with event participants and partners

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Assist with meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and note-taking
  • Support internal coordination across the Operations Team
  • Help document event processes, lessons learned, and outputs

Communications & Knowledge Management

  • Support preparation of event materials, briefings, and background documents
  • Assist with post-event summaries, reports, and internal documentation
  • Coordinate with communications colleagues where relevant

General Support

  • Provide flexible support to the Operations Team as needed
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of event systems and workflows
