- Lead contextual analysis to anticipate and adapt to changes

- Oversee $50M+ annual portfolio (emergency & development)
- Ensure gender-transformative, evidence-based programming

3. Emergency Response (15%)
- Strengthen crisis preparedness & response systems
- Lead high-level humanitarian coordination with UN/clusters
- Ensure dignity and protection in service delivery
4. External Engagement (15%)

- Build strategic partnerships with local NGOs and civil society
