Detailed Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

Grants Management & Compliance (40%)

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of partner proposals and budgets
  • Ensure alignment with IOM policies, donor regulations, and Yemeni laws
  • Maintain real-time grants tracking matrix (deliverables, payments, deadlines)
  • Prepare compliance reports for internal and donor review

Financial Oversight & Verification (30%)

  • Scrutinize partner financial reports for accuracy and compliance
  • Validate supporting documentation before payment processing
  • Coordinate with Finance Unit on timely fund disbursements
  • Identify and mitigate potential financial risks

Partner Capacity Building (20%)

  • Assess partner financial management systems
  • Develop and deliver targeted training sessions

Coordination & Documentation (10%)

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Minimum Requirement:
