Procurement Associate (NPSA-7) – Home-Based
- Procurement Administration: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of procurement processes across UN Women’s Business Units, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and sustainable practices
- Plan Implementation: Assist in the preparation and implementation of procurement plans for projects and operations, maintaining compliance with UN Women procurement policies
- Market Research: Conduct research to support procurement strategy development, tender evaluation processes, and contract management activities
- Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between UN Women operations teams, project staff, and external suppliers to ensure efficient procurement processes

Qualifications
Education and Certification
- Minimum Requirement: Secondary education certificate is required

- Professional Certification: CIPS Level 3 or other recognized procurement certification is considered a strong asset
Experience
