Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Execution (30%)

  • Identify intervention areas for private sector development
  • Develop concept notes and project proposals
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and needs assessments

2. Research & Analysis (40%)

  • Produce technical reports on SDG financing gaps
  • Analyze successful models for private sector engagement
  • Conduct investment landscape studies for African countries

3. Partnership Building (20%)

  • Engage with investors, private sector, and development partners
  • Develop funding proposals for donor governments
  • Facilitate multi-stakeholder workshops and training

4. Knowledge Management (10%)

  • Document best practices and lessons learned
  • Create knowledge products for capacity building
  • Support advocacy efforts for private sector development

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Option 1: Master’s degree in International Development, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
